Membership Terms and Conditions
By becoming a member of the Christian Stewardship Network (CSN), you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Responsibility & Payment Policy
Memberships automatically renew according to the billing cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual). It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the renewal date to avoid future charges. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations. If your payment method fails and is not updated within 15 days, your membership will be canceled and access to all member benefits will be revoked. CSN reserves the right to cancel memberships with unresolved failed payments.
Each membership is intended for individual use. Sharing login credentials with others is not permitted and may result in suspension of the account.All materials provided through CSN membership (courses, downloads, videos, etc.) are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed without written permission. CSN is not responsible for any disruptions due to internet outages, platform maintenance, or third-party service issues that may temporarily affect access to member content. CSN reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or site announcements.
2. Communication Opt-In
Important updates about your membership, including billing, access, and event opportunities, are shared via email. If you choose not to opt in to our email communication, you may miss critical information. CSN is not responsible for missed messages due to communication preferences.
3. Cancellation & Loss of Access
When a membership is canceled, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, after which:
- You will no longer have access to online courses, discounts, or community features.
- You will no longer be eligible to attend Stewardship Leader Collab Calls.
4. Membership Tied to Role at Church/Organization
If you are no longer in your role at the church that signed up for the account, it is your responsibility to cancel or transfer the membership. Refunds will not be issued for payments made after your departure if the membership remains active.
5. Managing Your Membership
